Up In Motion Playing Cards – Pole Dance

A full deck of cards individually illustrated with various pole tricks ♦️♠️♥️♣️

These cards can be used for traditional card games but also to help you further your pole practise. Each card has a different illustration – the higher the number, the harder the trick! Pull out a random card or two and then practise that move or develop a combo or flow around it. You can be as creative as you like, or take the opportunity to train non-dom… the choice is yours!
