Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer two shipping options to get your Barbiecore essentials or Black Everything collection to you:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Not loving the fit of your high-leg bodysuit? Want to exchange your festival look for something with fuller coverage? We’ve got you covered with our 15-day return policy.
Return Basics
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Non-returnable items:
- Grip aids and opened grippy pole wear (for hygiene reasons)
- Bodysuits with cut-out details or cheeky styles if hygiene seal is broken
- Clearance or final sale items
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Subject line: “Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and send you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address: 348 Sunrise Road, Las Vegas, US 89102
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack your items securely in the original packaging with:
- Completed return form (we’ll email this)
- Original tags attached
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Step 4: Processing
Once received, allow 3-5 business days for inspection. We’ll email confirmation when processed.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing
Exchanges
Want to swap your body harness for a blessed-with-a-chest style? We’ll accommodate based on availability:
- If available, we’ll process immediately
- If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit
- Customer covers shipping costs for the new item
International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable service (DHL/FedEx)
- Customs fees are non-refundable
